Construction Project Manager – Complex Installations & Infrastructure

🔍 About the Role

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our growing team, focusing on technically demanding construction projects involving complex building systems and infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in project management, particularly in MEP-intensive environments such as data centers, industrial facilities, or public buildings.

You will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Manage construction projects throughout the full lifecycle – from design to handover
  • Coordinate and oversee technical installations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection)
  • Lead scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract management
  • Ensure compliance with Swedish construction laws and standards (ABT, ABK, AMA, BBR, PBL)
  • Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and manage documentation and reporting
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, authorities, and internal stakeholders
  • Drive quality, safety, and sustainability throughout project execution

🎓 Qualifications

  • Degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a project manager within construction or infrastructure
  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects with technical complexity
  • Solid understanding of Swedish building codes, contract standards, and permitting processes
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam
  • Fluent in English; Swedish proficiency is a strong advantage
